University Registration of Students Admitted to Graduate Programs

Students newly admitted to a graduate program at Boğaziçi University must submit the necessary documentation for University registration, between the dates specified in the academic calendar. Once students have completed registration, they will then have to register for classes before the academic term begins.

University registration for students who have earned the right to register for a graduate program at Boğaziçi University in the Fall 2015 semester will take place on the dates specified below.

Students Admitted on the Primary List

Documents Required for University Registration of Students Admitted to Graduate Programs

For Turkish Citizens:

    1. Newly admitted graduate students: Original undergraduate diploma and two photocopies
    2. Newly admitted PhD students holding a Master's degree: Original Master's diploma and two photocopies
    3. Newly admitted PhD students holding an Bachelor's degree: Original undergraduate diploma and two photocopies
  2. ALES/GMAT/GRE score report
  3. Official Transcript
  4. TOEFL/IELTS/BUEPT score report confirmed by the School of Foreign Languages (except for students accepted to the English Preparatory Class)
  5. UDS/YDS score report (or TOEFL/IELTS equivalent) for those admitted to a PhD program
  6. Two uncertified photocopies of your identity card (have the actual identity card with you during registration)
  7. 6 photographs (4.5 cm x 6 cm)
  8. Information form filled out by the student
  9. Male students must submit a document certifying military service status and a photocopy of their identity card to the Office of Student Affairs.

For Foreign Citizens:

    1. Newly admitted graduate students: Original undergraduate diploma and two photocopies
    2. Newly admitted PhD students holding a Master's degree: Original Master's diploma and two photocopies
    3. Newly admitted PhD students holding an Bachelor's degree: Original undergraduate diploma and two photocopies

  6. Student visa (to be obtained from Turkish Embassies abroad)
  7. 6 photographs (4.5 cm x 6 cm)
  8. A photocopy of your passport
